Ashh Karo is a mobile ecommerce MVP built for a founder who wanted to test a curated shopping concept in a competitive market. Rather than building a full platform from scratch, the goal was to get a real, shoppable app into users' hands quickly — validate purchasing behavior, test pricing, and understand which product categories drove the most engagement.

The Challenge

The founder was entering a crowded space and needed to prove their curated model could drive conversions before spending on inventory and marketing at scale. The MVP needed real payment processing, smooth product browsing, and enough polish to not lose users at first impression — all within a startup budget and timeline.

Our Solution

We chose Flutter and Dart to ship iOS and Android simultaneously from a single codebase, cutting build time significantly. Firebase handled auth, real-time database, and cloud storage. Stripe was integrated for live payment processing from day one. GetX managed state efficiently, keeping the app fast even as the product catalog grew. We focused the first version entirely on browse → discover → buy — nothing else.
