Barber is a service-business MVP built for a grooming startup that was losing potential customers due to a manual, phone-only booking system. We built a custom booking platform tailored to their operations: service selection, real-time slot availability, and integrated payment on booking. A lightweight CRM dashboard let staff manage appointments, view customer history, and send reminders. Built on React and MongoDB with AWS hosting for reliability and speed.
